No outside food or alcohol is permitted.

No Coolers.

Only service dogs are allowed on premises.

Tickets are non-refundable.

This is a rain or shine event. If weather conditions are unsafe, the concert will be rescheduled.

You will not receive a physical ticket - there will be a check in at the gate

Event Schedule:

• The tasting room will close for regular business at 2pm to prepare for the concert.
• Gates for ticket holders will open at 5pm.
• The music will run from 6pm-9:30pm.
• Bars and food vendors will be open from 5pm-9pm.

Food:

• There will be 3 food trucks serving food in the meadow.
• No outside food will be permitted.

Bars:

• There will be a cash-only bar in the meadow, while all other bars will accept both cash and cards.
• Beverage options include: Paradocx wines by the glass/bottle, draft and canned beers, wine slushies, cocktail cans, and mixed drinks .
• Chilled water bottles will be available for purchase throughout the venue. Please note: refillable water bottles such as Yetis and Stanleys are not permitted.
• Be prepared to show ID for any bar purchases.

Tickets:

• You will not receive physical tickets for the concert. You should have received a confirmation email as proof of purchase.
• At the gate, your name will be checked against the list of purchased tickets. Please have your confirmation email and ID ready.
• To “transfer” tickets, the new ticket holder can check in under the original name used to purchase the tickets.
• Tickets will be available for purchase online until midnight on Friday, June 13th. Tickets will be available at the gate for $25.

Seating:

• Limited seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the meadow, patio, and tasting room.
• Feel free to bring your own chairs, blankets, etc. if you wish to sit during the concert.

Parking:

• Handicap parking, PAE Wine Club parking, and Rideshare drop off will enter through the main winery entrance.
• All other parking will be available in the field, with signage to direct you to the correct entrance.

Policies:

• No pets allowed, though service animals are welcome and must be registered and in uniform.
• No outside food, beverages, or coolers will be permitted. Bags, chairs, and blankets will be inspected at the gate, and any prohibited items will be confiscated.
• Tailgating is not allowed in the field/parking lot and will be monitored throughout the event.
• This is a rain or shine event!
• You are welcome to bring a pop up tent, umbrellas, etc. all tents must be placed along the perimeter of the meadow and safely secured in place.
