What's Included: The MidWinter Thaw is a private ticketed three-part event that includes two performances by Mia Torres, A four-course meal by Spirits Bar & Grill.

Opening Reception: At 5:30 PM, the night begins in the lobby, where you can cozy up by the crackling fireplace while enjoying champagne and light hors d'oeuvres. As Mia sets the mood with her graceful piano melodies, you'll feel the evening come alive with a comforting warmth.

Main Event in the Skyview: From there, the event flows into the Skyview Ballroom, where Mia will serenade you with her guitar. Paired with a stunning candlelit dinner curated by Spirits Bar & Grill, this portion of the evening will be a feast for your soul.

Our Candlelit Four-Course Dinner:

I: Charred Broccoli Caesar - features charred broccoli, crispy chickpeas, and a bold, creamy dressing.

II: Baked Brie & Brussel Sprouts - Rich, melty Brie paired with maple-glazed Brussel sprouts, crisp pancetta, and a touch of decadence in every bite.

III: Beef Wellington - filled with chestnut stuffing, crowned with roasted cranberries, and served atop bourbon-blazed leeks with a delicate pistachio garnish. Vegetarian Option: Mushroom Wellington

IV: Tiramisu - Layers of delicate sponge, mascarpone cream, and a hint of espresso.
