Finnriver is happy to give a warm welcome to Beau Askew and Davia!

Beau Askew is a Songwriter & Drummer from California. Growing up amongst the pine trees of the Sierra Foothills, poetry was one of his earliest forms of artistic expression. Beau's songs evoke a variety of emotions as the musical journey encompasses a multitude of experiences. Driven by the desire to share a message of optimism, his music uplifts his audiences through an eclectic collection of songs. Primarily an Indie-Folk artist, Beau's intimate vocal timbre and acoustic accompaniment will pull you in and leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.

Davia is a folk/pop songbird based in Nevada City, California. She’s been a writer of quirky and poetic stories since she could carry a tune and her work has grown with her over the years. Her unique sound beckons her audience to listen with intention. With each song she takes you on a journey to catch a glimpse of Davia’s almost fantastical world. She sang it herself in her song Black Cricket, “…Music is not forced, it is a force, unwound, unwired!”
