What is Preparedness Day?
A free community celebration designed to inspire residents of East Jefferson County to learn about resilience and emergency preparedness. Preparedness Day combines the challenging topic of Emergency Preparedness with an uplifting and welcoming atmosphere that attracts a broad range of residents. This is the first touchpoint on Emergency Preparedness for many local residents and a deep dive on skill building and resource sharing for those who are ready.
