Jefferson County Public Health specialist Lara Gaasland-Tatro will discuss the importance of air quality during wildfire season and the health risks associated with extreme heat and wildfire smoke. She will share the warning signs of heat-related illnesses, discuss the best ways to stay cool in extreme heat, and provide practical strategies for safeguarding yourself and your loved ones from heat and smoke.
