This spooky season, The St. Anthony’s Esencia will host Sinister Sips: An Orin Swift Masquerade, an immersive evening featuring a four-course dinner by James Beard Award nominated Executive Chef Leo Dávila paired with four tasting pours from Orin Swift Cellars. Standout items include "The Forbidden Bao" filled with pork belly and wild mushroom, "The Butcher's Masquerade," a Wagyu short rib with butternut squash and salsa macha, and "Autumn's Last Secret" a pumpkin tres leches complete with pepita brittle and candied pumpkin. Guests are invited to embrace the masquerade theme with masks, mystery and bold wines throughout the evening. Reservations are required.
