Finnriver is excited to host Sol de Noche!

A Tango band that offers a repertoire focused in Argentine Tango and traditional dance music from south America, including ballads, valses, milongas, candombes, chacareras and zambas. The core of the band is a duo, Mirta Wymerszberg on flute,
vocals and bandoneon) and Sebastian Quintero on guitar, with occasional guests on bass and violin. Mirta has performed with relevant Argentine Tango musicians like: Gustavo Beytelmann, Hernan Reinaudo, Claudio Mendez, Roberto Amerise and Juan Lorenzo.

She has recorded several cds: FLOR de Tango, 2000; Figuracion de Gabino Betinotti, 2009 A dos Puntas, 2016; Ay Margarita, 2011 (children's music in Spanish); and Endiablada de Tangos (2016) that had been selected to be part of the Playback collection at the Seattle Public Library. She has recently released "El Rio de la vida" album during 2024.

*30 minutes before music starts, a cover charge (up to $5, excluding children) will be collected. All funds collected go to the music program.
